Mysterious-Mighty Chaotic Deities (괴력난신 — 怪力亂神), or for short Monstrous/Evil Deities, with "Monstrous/Evil" means “Mysterious ”, “Mighty”, and “Chaotic”. It can also be Supernatural Beings. They are Immortal Beings of diffrent races such as Goblins, Vampires... born naturally strong and had an innate understanding of how to use their bodies. The era in which they roamed had long passed, and the dominant beings in the current world are the Humans.
Divine Power[]
Divine Power (신력 — 神力), it was a power that only beings like Song Yoon-Cheon could manipulate. The Entities capable of manipulating the force known as divine power were rare throughout the realm. Divine power was a force permitted only to Supernatural Beings. It is very mysterious, isn't it? The power that can turn oneself from a perfectly normal person into a Mysterious-Mighty Chaotic Deity, and granted an Ageless and Deathless Status.

Originally, humans created and practiced martial arts to confront Mysterious-Mighty Chaotic Deities. Just as humans possess good and evil, so too do the Mysterious-Mighty Chaotic Deities. Some of them shared friendship with humans or even helped them. Conversely, some viewed humans as mere prey or playthings.
At that time, the leader of the humans' group said to the Monstrous Deity who protected them, 'Please teach us how to become as strong as you'.
He taught them martial arts. It was to survive against the Monstrous Deities and all sorts of beasts. The problem arose afterward. The number of people learning martial arts from the Monstrous Deities increased day by day. Some said one must adhere to the right path, while others believed that one must not hesitate to use any means to become stronger.... those people were “Righteous” (정 — 正) or “Evil” (사 — 邪).
So what about the “Demonic” (마 — 魔) or “Dark” (흑 — 黑) ones? The Dark Path ones are those who have failed. They became mixed up with various things. And the Demonic Path ones were a group dissatisfied with merely surviving and becoming stronger. They sought to transcend the limits of the Human Race and reach the level of the Monstrous Deities...
As time passed, the Righteous and the Evil departed from the side of the Monstrous Deity. With newfound strength, they likely wanted to become leaders and lead their own groups. Meanwhile, the Dark found their own paths and fled. And the Demons remained by the side of the Monstrous Deity until the end, even after the Deity suddenly left them. They became a kind of Cult and Fanatic Followers.
At that time, there was no term like 'Monstrous Deity.' Instead, they were called Demons (마귀 — 魔) or Spirits (귀신). And that being introduced himself as a Demon Descended from The Heavens (하늘 — 天). It was none other than the First Heavenly Demon... Yes, that Monstrous Deity was indeed the First Heavenly Demon, and those who worshiped him became disciples, forming what is now known as the Heavenly Demon Divine Cult (천마신교 — 天魔神敎).
Whether one is from the Murim or not, anyone who hears this story would be greatly shocked. To summarize, it meant that the roots of the Four Paths—Righteous, Evil, Dark, and Demonic— are one, yet they despise each other to the point of wanting to kill each other.
There were a few crucial facts left undisclosed. Once in a long time. The indescribable aura and the sinister appearance, resembling a demon that anyone might have imagined at least once. If one were to express it, it would be "awe" (敬畏). Some revered this power above all else, while others feared it more than anything. The name attached to this power was Heavenly Demon Divine Technique (천마신공 — 天魔神功), the First Demon Throughout History (고금제일마 — 古今第一魔), the Ruler (지배자) of Myriad Demons (만마 — 萬魔) – the Demon Among Demons (마중마 — 魔中魔), the Divine Demon (신마 — 神魔), the Demon King (마왕 — 魔王), and the Demon Descended from The Heavens. A welcoming and, in its true sense, the first and the ultimate Heavenly Demon (천마 — 天魔). All these epithets pointed to Song Yoon-Cheon.[1]
