Man Tong-Ja (만통자), a Friend of Song Yoon-Cheon. There might not be anyone else in the world with as much experience and knowledge as Man Tong-Ja. His nickname, he has Mastery in All Things. In every sense, he was nothing less than a Living Encyclopedia, breathing and alive, with expertise in all things.
Although Man Tong-Ja appeared to be in his 30s, there was an inexplicable aura of mystery in his eyes. Overall, he presented a truly mystical first impression that wasn't easily seen.
Overview[]
Song Yoon-Cheon and Man Tong-Ja wished to end their lives. Everyone desires an equal death. Given that Song Yooncheon has lived several multiples longer than most, his longing is undoubtedly profound. In pursuit of his long-standing wish, Song Yooncheon received countless pieces of advice from Man Tong-Ja. Therefore, Man Tong-Ja, too, understood his earnestness.
Man Tong-Ja in the same boat too. He has been searching for a solution as well. Honestly, he has let go of half of it, just like Song Yooncheon. Even though he went all the way to the Western Regions this time, there wasn't much success.
Immortality[]
Immortality (불로불사 — 不老不死 = Ageless & Deathless). It was a common trait shared by Song Yooncheon and Man Tong-Ja. The only difference was that Man Tong-Ja was a Pure Human Being, untouched by a single drop of the Divine Blood of a Monstrous-Mighty Chaotic Deity. It was simply his fate to be born this way.
Song Yooncheon had given up halfway until he saw the siblings Namgoong Yeon and Namgoong Heon. It meant not now. Though a spark in the pouring rain, the ember had not yet extinguished. He doesn't plan on giving up just yet. Song Yooncheon still had hope.
