The Corpse Demon (시마 — 屍魔), He was one of the Seven Demons, and the former Grand Elder of the Heavenly Demon Cult. One surprising fact here is that Corpse Demon was considered an elder, to the extent that even the aged Pung Jeon call him "old man". Since then, the Corpse Demon's whereabouts were officially unknown. Yet beneath the surface, there was undeniable anxiety to approach the Corpse Demon.
The Embroidered Uniform Guard (금의위 — 錦衣衞) and the Eastern Depot (동창 — 東廠), known as the Emperor's right and left arms, received an urgent imperial command to approach the Corpse Demon to uncover the secrets of immortality. The Murim Alliance, the largest force in the Orthodox Faction, and the Iron Blood Castle, the largest force in the Unorthodox Faction, along with various other factions, were also not idle. All sought to approach the Corpse Demon, who had ruled over the pinnacle of the Demonic Cult for many years, in order to extract advanced information that had eluded them until now.
