QUICK ANNOUNCEMENT! This wiki contains Spoilers about The Most Powerful God in the World. Please Read Carefully.
Baek Du or Baekdu (백두; also Paektu or Changbai), the Guardian of Mount Baekdu (백두산의 산지기), one of the Five Great Goblins/Ogres of the Three Kingdoms's Land (Ancient Korea).
Baek Du, Halla, Jiri, Seorak, Kumgang. These were the names of goblins born from and residing as Guardians of The Most Renowned Mountains in The Three Kingdoms (Ancient Korea). With shaggy hair and boasting formidable statures, these five goblins were Monstrous Deities in the Three Kingdoms's Land (Ancient Korea).
Their five Goblin's Maces, each possessed individually, were also extraordinary. Among them, Baekdu, the Guardian of Mount Baekdu, undoubtedly stood out. Not because Baekdu was a particularly special goblin, but because Mount Baekdu, being an active volcano, possessed an exceptionally strong Natural Energy.
To put it bluntly, even if several martial artists who are currently at the top of the Central Plains Murim join forces, they will never be able to handle Baekdu as much as they do on Mt. Baekdu.

Goblin's Mace[]
If you were to stop a passerby and ask them to explain what a Goblin's Mace (도깨비방망) is, they would undoubtedly reply with exaggeration, saying it's a hundred times this, a hundred times that. However, this is nothing but an exaggerated rumor. Most Goblin's Maces do not possess such immense power. A typical Goblin's Mace's capabilities usually extend no further than scattering grains of sand or pouring out a bit of iron ore.
Of course, there were Goblin's Maces that lived up to such rumors. Baek Du, Halla, Jiri, Seorak, Kumgang. These were the names of goblins born from and residing as Guardians of The Most Renowned Mountains in The Three Kingdoms (Ancient Korea). With shaggy hair and boasting formidable statures, these five goblins were Monstrous Deities in the Three Kingdoms's Land.
But Baekdu let someone snatch away that cudgel he cherished more than his own life? It wouldn't have been so easy for just anyone. That's correct. If it were anyone else, such a tragedy wouldn't have occurred.
The Goblin — Gil Dal (도깨비 길달), he caused significant trouble in the Three Kingdoms, got expelled, fled to the Central Plains, caused trouble again, and finally escaped to Japan (왜 — 倭) by boat. And not long ago, he returned from Japan to Three Kingdoms. Yong Wan succumbed to Gil Dal's temptation, betrayed Baekdu, and disappeared westward with the Goblin's Mace.
Alongside Gil Dal, there are the Five Heroes of the Eulsa Year (을사오웅 — 乙巳五雄), Yong Wan (용완), Taek Geun (택근), Lee Yong (이용), Bak Je (박제), Hyeon Jung (현중). All five, were famous for being both Martial Artists and Scholars from Prestigious Families. Gildal promised to help them and said he would unite with the forces of Japan to make them the rulers of the Three Kingdoms.
